ST 92 – Stamping And Sawing Machine For Tube

Automatic stamping and cutting machine for hollow tubes and solid profiles with cutting degree adjustment. This sophisticated equipment lets the operator choose from a variety of cuts, such as: v-cut rings, hexagon, pentagons, etc. Previous to cutting, the machine has the ability to perform stamping of tube, in order to obtain the desired form of rings. Cutting speed is adjustable according to material hardness. A sensor stops the machine operations when the tube ends, while a piece counter gives the possibility of programming production. A cooling liquid is sprinkled onto cutter at cutting area. Gold shaving, formed from cutting tube, falls with liquid into the liquid box where it is collected. The machine is supplied with a special tooling for the production of omega chain for bracelets and necklaces. A P.L.C. electronically controls all cutting steps, making this machine very flexible and reliable.
